This is a video I took, wearing these clothes and after I spent the whole day shopping and going to the beauty salon. I had my hair colored my brows waxed and a wonder manacure with pink nail polish. Going shopping was even more fun as I went Bikini shopping. I think I was passing well and I really enjoyed the special treatment I was getting. The nail stylist asked me if I was having more fun as a blond. I guess I was.

Good evening my excellent friends. Only an hour or so to hump day. You know I always write off a week as done by the end of Wednesday. Im feeling nervous now but excited, I've been a good girl, had a quiet day today, no alcohol or food since dinner time, im getting organised for my 2/3 day stay at brussels esthetics, hopefully home by wed with my new boobs and facial cleansing treatments to think this time last year my team and i were organising behind the scenes at the tuska 2025 festival, and were all still together today, the journey we have been on wish me luck

Evening all what a day i had my final interview at the Laurels Gender clinic before starting my full journey and cleared it so will start hormone treatment in the next couple of weeks. This is dangerous for me due to health conditions but worth the risk and from today i am no longer a MX when doing forms and at hospital i know am a Miss dont make a lot of difference on paper but to me its massive.

Just got my nails manicured and a pedicure. My nails are light pink - almost natural looking and my toes are seasonal. Love the royal treatment I got. Everyone wanted to look at my feet and see the super design on my toes at the beauty salon where I go to.

On Friday at 2:00pm i had started a warm bath, grabbed an extention coard as well as my toaster, stripped down and waited for the warm water to rize. Last thing i remember was a sheriff pulling me out of the bath tub, setting me in his cruiser with a towel and rushing me to the E.R. i was proccessed and put into a phsyciatric hospital under "s" watch.. i went through treatment in just 3 days, longest 3 days of my life. But i am out now, working on bettering myself and only want to continue my travels doing nothing more than making people smile.. i appreciate all the support from my fellow "sisters" and wish all the best, and remember no matter how hard life hits you. You have a purpose, even when youre alone theres 6 billion people on this big stone we call earth who have all felt the same way one way or another.. i plead to all if life gets you down and need someone to talk to or even a shoulder to cry on, i have strong ears and two shoulders. I wont judge, just listen.

A year at best apparently with treatment that might make me seriously ill anyway wtf

Well it looks like you will have to put up with me here for a lot longer. Spent all day at the hospital having tests, my cancer is not growing and seems to be stable so no treatment needed just a monitoring plan for a couple of years.

Have you seen the Cancer Research ad where someone is diagnosed every 2 minutes. Well I've survived 19697760, 2 minutes but now my number came up. They tell me it is early stages and should respond to treatment ok. Well at least if all my hair falls out won't need to shave all over any more. Everything has a silver lining if you look hard enough.xx

Update on progress with the treatment of the wife.
Well all is good at present apart from a serious infection which is now finally clearing. Then hopefully she starts on Radiotherapy which at present is going to be for 10 days.

Had a big day today. Cancer treatment went well. Medicine is working and got great results! I also mustered the courage to come out to my mom as NB and a crossdresser. It went well! Hope eveyone has a great weekend!
