So I ordered a 10 (usually 14) and if you ignore the arms straps (or cut them off) this makes a gorgeous metallic long tube skirt. I've been after one for so long that feels tight all the way to the ankle.. restricts the walk a little bit. And at 6' things are rarely floor length.
