Can't believe it's been a couple of months already since my last post. But things have been progressing, slowly but surely, which is anticipated. I can check on this later for sure but the biggest breakthrough, for me anyway, was that I finally broke sub-80kg body weight and losing weight has been consistent, now hovering around the 78kg area.
