And so the cycle begins again - It would seem I’ve put the pounds on again!! Work and life in general getting in the way of training and eating correctly - Something i have to keep on top of if i want to get into some of my outfits!! Intermittent fasting and training 5 days a week - It’s hard work trying to look good! Off to a good start though - Eating cleanly and in calorific deficit for the last 3 days. Who else has similar issues?
