I've seen a lot of ads for Cyperus Rotundus Oil which is supposed to (eventually) have near-permanent effects on hair follicles, and certainly appears to be cheaper than laser or electrolysis - anyone had experience of it, how effective, how quickly, how gentle (or otherwise) on the skin?
