Mornin' I shall start by saying........ British Gas, are an EVIL bunch of sods!! I had used £4 of my emergency credit and, thanks to Universal Credit giving me a big fat Zero for this month, had no way of topping the meter up, until the 27th of THIS month. I used the British Gas 'live chat' thing, to see what help I could get and, all they would allow me, was £12! Take off the £4 emergency and, the meter now has £7.90 on it. Hardly think that's going to last the whole month. 😔 xx
