Do any of you girls do any exercies to work on your figure?
I mainly do lower body nowadays - target exercies to widen my hips, and make my bum and thighs thicker mostly.
The exercises I use are mainly one-legged side-to-side squats and rear leg lifts/leg kickbacks.
...I've never been a fan of padding/inserts etc... I like to look my best naked lol.
