OK I gotta admit it. I'm porky. Fat, a plumper. I really just haven't managed to get a hold on my waistline of late. My choice between yoga and yellow iced buns has been far too easy to make and my body is suffering the consequences. To be honest, I've never found it easy to resist temptation, despite my love for the de stress of stretching exercises. But it's upsetting me now as most of my wardrobe is now on the tight side of fitting. Anyway, speak soon. Hope you're all smiling. I'm off to unwrap these chips! 🤣 Xxx
