Afternoon all,
I have a bit of a dilemma..
I work for a large manufacturing company as a manager so office based mainly, about a month ago I told the office staff I work closely with about my dressing, and they were all extremely supportive, two weeks ago we had a work night out for the office staff which I attended in a stunning black figure hugging dress, heels, the works, again everyone was supportive. Last week my boss called me into her office because she’d obviously heard the rumours and again she was supportive and said as long as it didn’t affect my work she’d be behind me all the way. I now have a meeting with HR on Monday which I suspect will go the same way.

The question is where do I go from here, I suspect rumours will be going around the shop floor but not everyone will hear and there will be some people who don’t understand or approve, but do I just bite the bullet and go in one day in a mini skirt, heels etc give them all a shock and something to talk about for a day or do I do thing subtly, have already been tying my hair back every few days, do I go for some eye liner then a few days later a bit of foundation and also change my shirts for blouses (less the falsies) and work through more and more feminine trousers etc,

Appreciate and advice from anyone whose gone through this
