Hi, I'm a pensioner, and reasonably fit as I've been running for many years. I haven't ever really been a practising cd, but I've always preferred wearing women's underwear to men's. I often sleep in it, and I love running with it under shorts or leggings. Over time, I've become socially shy, but I'm hoping this will improve as I find my way around this site. Just messaging with like minded people is a start. I just need to take things at my own pace for now, but I'm looking forward to posting photos and messages in the days ahead...Polly x
