It is also, highly unlikely that you will find the kind of help and comfort you seek, on a site where people post pics of their dics and balls, offer the domantrix services and look for sexting sessions.
Several people did their best and tried to talk to you, and we all (unfortunately) know how it ended.
I would strongly advise you to seek some help in a form of a trained specialist.
