I ran 7.5 miles on my birthday. Yes I am older than most of my friends - sometimes I feel my age - but mostly I feel many years younger. Here is a short running video I made. Is a true representation of who I am. I do spend a lot of time on the track training. 💞

Today is my birthday and I am celebrating my feminine body and my emotional changes. Now with over a decade of herbal hormone support and special hormone medications my body is close to where I want to be. My breasts are size Bs and my hips are several inches bigger as well. My goal in this next year is to get back to my feminine fighting weight. (Under 140lbs) I wish all my BGFs and BBFs a wonderful day. Please give me comments today if you have time. See my comments on my day Out With My Girls below. This is the outfit I wore the entire day out shopping. Here I am in Walmart looking at bras that would fit my girls. I am size B - really - Do you all like pink? What bra should I have picked? Love comments. Really was a fun day. 💕

Out with my girls. 🥰 Two days ago I spent the entire day shopping in womens casual wear. Started with a massage and the female massuse said she loved my outfit and how the chartreuse colors I wore were so coordinated. Then I went to a farm store, getting bird seed, where the clerk called me mam. Then to Walgreens where I know I had lots of looks when I picked up my prescriptions. A short but fun trip to Walmart where I looked at bras and dresses in my size. This was the funist part of the day. Then to Tropical Smoothie- everyone knows me there - but was fun to show up in fem. I was wearing Dear John shorts and the shape of my bra, with matching panties, under my sleevlless polo was slighty noticable. 💖 I was showing off my shaped and colored toe nails and my pink fingernails. I was in feminine bliss. --- Today I am getting my manacure redone. Love going to the stylists where they improve on my feminine appearance. 💞

Ballet anyone. I have done quite a bit of dancing as a guy but this is me in my own leotard and pink tights. Just like classes when I was a kid. 🥰

Today's run was enlighting. Very hot so I started my run in shorts and a bra crop top. Not sure if you can see my hips but they have grown about 2 inches in the last 2 years. The other item to notice is what is in the crop top. Amazing the effect of my sweat and the parts that do not seem to sweat. (Shows Cleavage?) I lost almost 2 pounds of water in this short 6 mile run. Note - if you run rememder to drink lots of fluids. Love to hear your comments. This is really a fun designer swimsuit to wear. Is a Bikini Bottom with a matching Tankie Top. This is really all me - my real body - AI enhanced background - but is similar to places that I am at all of the time. 🥰

Today iI was thinking about having a day on the beach. But I spent the day at home. But while at home, I wore a wonderful sun outfit all of the day. Not a single bit of mens wear detracting from my feminine body. I love days like this when I can just be me. 🥰

Today, I am thinking about my hair. Beyond my shoulders now. Neat to feel how the wind catches it. And when I run how it rubs the side of my face. Have been using lots of conditioner and love the feel when I touch it at night. Over a year growing it out now. My stylist told me it would stop lengthing at a point. But I think it is still getting longer. Half way down my back is my goal. Maybe six more months. 🥰 👩‍🦰

I always feel renewed after a trip to my local salon. Nails and feet all feminized. This photo is inspired by my feelings yesterday. 🥰
