I've not dressed for 6 months or more since giving it up for personal and financial reasons but I'm seriously thinking about starting again. Thing is I don't know if I just want to have fun with it and but outfits that definitely can't be worn outside or do I try and concentrate on getting clothes that would help me pass as id love to go for a walk as a woman at least one before I die. I'm sure you ladies will say why not both but with a limited budget it's very hard. Got alot of thinking to do.

Anyone planning their first time out in public this summer?

Does anyone go to group events say at a TV friendly pub/club/venue etc. Was always one of my dreams/fantasies to meet up with other dressers for chat, drink etc in a safe/organised environment.

So what do ladies prefer to use. Breast forms or breasts plates, or other! I started buying forms but then had a plate but the plates are a bit of a faff to put on and I feel the boobs are to close together unlike forms which slip into a bra in the right place.

I am seriously thinking of getting back into dressing but with the cost of living getting out of control I barely have any spare income and I should be saving as much as I can. I still have a dream of going out in public dressed before I die and I'd love a professional makeover with a photoshoot but these dreams will have to wait. Unless I win the lottery!

I would love to hear about ladies experiences at makeover/dressing services. What prep did you have to do beforehand, how did you control the little fella, did you get tips from the makeup artist on how you can do it by yourself, things like that.

When I used to dress I could never find a wig that suited me and always bought similar styles. Is there a right way of choosing the right wig for your face without buying lots of different ones?

With many girls on here using AI it's hard to tell what pics are real and which are fake or at least enhanced . I love to complement those who genuinely look good and do great make up but if I can't tell if it's real or not then it makes it hard to.

I remember as a kid when mum got the new Littlewoods catalogue I would go straight to the underwear section, then to the shoes. They would say the height of each shoe and I would look for the highest. Then on to the skirts to find the shortest lol
